Moduli Skinner4Moto V9-Xtreme & V9-cli, Edit V9 internal and external skins

Here is the V9-Xtreme module, just unrar and copy folder into ...\S4M-Xtreme\s4mSkins.
And also the V9-cli module for CLI-S4M, also just unrar and copy folder into .....\CLI-S4M\s4mSkins.
Since I do not have a V9 I could not test them, so please do so and report any fault back to me.

PS I had to delete every code line starting with "5" from ID 2116 to the end in order for S4M not to crash, same as for Maxx and L7e modules.

ho un problema: quando apro skinner4moto crasha se metto la cartella V9-cli in s4mskins. come posso fare a modificare le skin del display esterno
